Gairdner High School Symposium


The Gairdner High School Symposium is a half-day event  held each fall that gives secondary students and teachers the opportunity to hear from Gairdner award-winning scientists and health science experts, and attend a behind-the-scenes tour of CFRI's research facilities.

This event is hosted in conjunction with the Center for Molecular Medicine and Therapeutics (CMMT) at the Child & Family Research Institute.

Schedule -

The next International Gardiner Symposium is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2015 from 8:30am to 12:45pm at the Child & Family Research Institute (938 West 28th Avenue, Vancouver). For teachers that wish to receive email notification when registration opens contact reseduc@cfri.ca.
