Research Skills

Serving a wide spectrum of health science disciplines, CFRI also offers training in some of the fundamental research skills that are common to all. From training in online searching and bio-statistical concepts, to key issues in research ethics, our training helps build the skills and confidence to design projects that are scientifically, statistically and ethically sound.

In addition to training in these fundamental skill areas, our program can also facilitate opportunities for faculty and senior trainees to design and deliver their own workshops on particular lab techniques, equipment or software. Faculty and trainees are welcome to submit their suggestions for these workshops/courses and our staff will provide the support.
